On February 13, 1980, [REDACTED], Willmar, Minnesota, telephone [REDACTED], advised that he had just seen an artist sketch of unsub on a Minneapolis television station and he felt it looked very much like an individual he knew in the past by the name of [REDACTED]. He explained that he attended [REDACTED], Worthington, Minnesota, with [REDACTED] several years ago and has not seen or heard of him in the past ten years. He advised that this [REDACTED] was a Vietnam veteran [REDACTED] and felt the world owed him something for this. He believes [REDACTED] was a parachutist in the military and was very atlethic but did not do well scholastically. He added that this [REDACTED] was sort of anti-social and he had heard him use other first names than his true first name. He estimated that this [REDACTED] would be about 36 years old now. This [REDACTED] was from Lyon County, Iowa, and lived [REDACTED], Iowa, but did not know if that would have been his mailing address. He cannot recall this [REDACTED] father's first name but feels the local Sheriff would know them.

[REDACTED] stated he had not thought of [REDACTED] as being identical with unsub until he saw the artist sketch but now feels he has the same description and he has the personality to commit this act and he would not be surprised if he is identical with unsub.
