[REDACTED] advised that LARRY'S father was named ALVIN QUANDT and that he was formerly employed as a railroad conductor in MINOT AND FARGO, North Dakota.
[REDACTED] advised that in approximately 1975, LARRY QUANDT'S father told LARRY that he, LARRY, had a half sister and that her name was DINELDA, and that the mother of DINELDA was the father's girlfriend, DORIS.
[REDACTED] advised that DINELDA died in a car accident and that she was approximately 16 years old.
[REDACTED] advised that she also recalled that [REDACTED] LARRY QUANDT, was very interested in the D.B. COOPER case. [REDACTED] explained that in the early 70's an individual who only identified himself using the name D.B. COOPER hijacked an airliner in Oregon. [REDACTED] advised that this person by the name of D.B. COOPER was a legend in Oregon because of the hijacking.
[REDACTED] advised that [REDACTED] LARRY, was very interested in the D.B. COOPER case and that [REDACTED] LARRY "identified" with D.B. COOPER.
[REDACTED] advised that LARRY seemed pleased with the fact that D.B. COOPER got away with the hijacking and that no one was hurt. [REDACTED] believed that [REDACTED] LARRY, at one time told her that no parachute was ever found. [REDACTED] advised that apparently [REDACTED] LARRY, resembled the drawing of D.B. COOPER. [REDACTED] explained that occasionally, she and [REDACTED] [REDACTED] some of LARRY'S friends would sometimes kid him about resembling the drawing of D.B. COOPER and would also point out the fact that he, LARRY QUANDT, could also parachute because of his military training.
[REDACTED] advised that LARRY'S friends would sometimes kid him about actually being D.B. COOPER. [REDACTED] recalled that [REDACTED] would respond to the suggestion that he is D.B. COOPER by saying "Maybe I am" or "How do you know that I'm not".
[REDACTED] advised that [REDACTED] never specifically told her or anyone else to her knowledge that he was, in fact, D.B. COOPER and committed the hijacking.
