Mooney's father is supposed to live in Springfield, Ore. When he parachuted with the loot, he came down East of Eugene- Springfield area and had an arm and/or leg injured and was nursed back to health by a Physician and Surgeon by name of Dr. Joseph Keever of Eugene, Ore. Subsequently he bought his present home which was [redacted] by Dr. Keever together with 47 acres of land. Dr. Keever inherited the place from his allegedly deceased father Clyde A. Keever, who was not buried but merely plaid "possum". What was in the coffin was not a man but a wax effigy. I have heard his voice and have seen him with [redacted] as late as 4/7/73 and 12/25/73, respectively. And he alledgedly "died on 9/19/72. ( By the way, [redacted] another Man [redacted] "old"died" in the same manner with the same circumstances. His name is [redacted]

Since living at his present address on Jasper Rd. he has [redacted] bought 150 or 250 acres of la[nd] on the coast near Florence, Ore. and is [redacted] buying or has bought [redacted] some property in or near Roseburg, Ore. b6 He and [redacted] do a lot of traveling to California and even to b7C Washington, D.C. is going to move to [redacted] where he will live in a home with Swimming pool.

During the (not too long ago ) Canadian multi-million dollar robbery in Ontario ( I believe, There was an unusual amount of activity that was indeed suspicious, around the [redacted] , but I ca[n] not prove anything definite. b6 In my opinion, however, his ( Mooney's ) Fingerprints in his army b7C records will prove to be the same as D.B.Cooper's. [redacted] [redacted] intensely interested in parachuting and flying, so I think he was really in the Air Force, though [redacted] , tha[t] he was injured in the army in a truck-accident.
