NOTICE TO TRAFFIC AUTHORITIES
The California State Automobile Association (a member of the American Automobile Association) hereby guarantees the appearance of the member, whose signature is hereby affixed, in any court of the United States, when arrested for violation of any motor vehicle law or ordinance (except the offense of driving while intoxicated, being in or about an automobile while into[illegible] cated, leaving the scene of an accident, or of any felony) committed during the twelve months preceding the expiration date shown on this membership card; and in the event of the failure of said member to appear in court at the time of the original trial, or any date to which it may be continued, the payment of any fine or forfeiture not in excess of $200 is hereby guaranteed.
