At 11:04 pm, this date [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Oregonian newspaper, Portland advised that he had received lengthy information from an unidentified male who related that [REDACTED] in captioned matter, and furnished names and addresses of the individuals involved. [REDACTED] advised that caller would make himself known at time of arrests for purpose of gaining reward. [REDACTED] advised he was unable to relate details on telephone inasmuch he was [REDACTED] requested an agent pick up material at his office. SA [REDACTED] was dispatched immediately.

Information related to SA [REDACTED] indicated that [REDACTED] [REDACTED] are responsible for captioned matter. [REDACTED] advised caller indictated above mentioned persons could be located at one of the following addresses; [REDACTED], Kansas City, Missouri, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Sun Valley, Calif., [REDACTED] Oakland, Calif. [REDACTED] advised caller (call appeared to be local)

Oakland, Calif. [REDACTED] advised caller appeared to be fearful for his life indicating he was quote [REDACTED] enquote and would identify himself for purposes of obtaing the reward when the above named persons are apprehended.
