On 12/5/71 the Agent called San Francisco, Los Angeles and Kansas City Divisions and advised as to the contents of the 12/4/71 Memo of SA Jerry G. Wilson in this matter. Each Division was requested to conduct Indices and City Directory checks on names and addresses and to carry out any investigation logical. The individuals responding in each of the Divisions reported as follows: (Confirming teletypes will follow)
Los Angeles: SA [REDACTED] advised that indices and City Directory and telephone directory was negative on [REDACTED]. Indices numerous on [REDACTED] and variations; [REDACTED] was a Negro male [REDACTED] d.o.b.
