Thereafter, [REDACTED] furnished the following information regarding Radiation International, Inc., of which Electronics Speciality was a subsidiary previous to a recent merger:

SNIDER, previous to his employment as a journeyman lathe operator, started with the company as a general beginner's helper, was promoted to drill press operator, culminating with final position of lathe operator. His occupation as lathe operator did not indicate that he was skilled in the area of electronics, and in fact, Radiation International, Inc did not manufacture any electronic equipment or components. It was engaged in prefabricating and manufacturing various component parts to airplanes, such as wing assemblies, door assemblies, etc. These parts were manufactured as separate items, and in no way would a person being employed at Radiation International be familiar with the construction of the total airplane. All recommendations of supervisors of SNIDER at the time of his termination were favorable, and there was nothing in SNIDER's personnel file of an unfavorable nature. No hobbies were indicated in his personnel file, nor was [REDACTED] knowledgeable regarding anyone employed by his plant who would have interests in parachuting.
