On 12/25/71 PFC [REDACTED] Seaside Police Department, Seaside, Oregon telephonically advised that the Chief of Police in Astoria, Oregon made available to him a list of serial numbers off some twenty dollar bills a man was paying bills with in the Astoria, Oregon area.
