At approximately 9:45pm [REDACTED] telephonically contacted this office about Hi-jacker D. B. COOPER. [REDACTED] stated [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and a DON B. CALAHAN. One day recently he had jokingly put sunglasses on CALAHAN who matched the composite of hi-jacker D. B. COOPER. He noticed that [REDACTED] looked exactly like the composite of COOPER and remarked about same. CALAHAN in a joking manner commented that he would give [REDACTED] to match any reward offered for COOPER.

[REDACTED] stated that CALAHAN seems to have a lot of money and yet does not work. CALAHAN hangs around the fish hatchery and the Columbia fishing a lot. He also has a hobby of buying new cars. CALAHAN appears very knowledgeable of airplanes and aeronautics. [REDACTED] described him as follows:

Age early 50's Ht 5' 2" - 5' 5" Hair Dark, short, receeding, grey streaks Complexion - wind burned, sun tanned face
