ReBulet to Portland, 6/15/72, enclosing letter from [REDACTED] Oregon, naming one, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Oregon, as suspect in NORJAK, in view of fact he came into around $200,000 in November, 1971.

Deed and Mortgage records, Coos County, [REDACTED] Oregon, examined by SA LE ROY R. ELLIOTT on 6/28/72, reveal that [REDACTED] purchased certain real estate in the area of [REDACTED] Oregon, for the sum of $35,000 under a conditional sales contract. This same property was then mortgaged to the State of Oregon, [REDACTED] as security for a $33,850 loan, apparently used to pay off the amount owing on the property by [REDACTED]

It is then shown in Coos County [REDACTED] [REDACTED] that on [REDACTED] executed a second mortgage of this same property to [REDACTED] Coos Bay, Oregon, to secure the payment of a [REDACTED] loan made to [REDACTED]

On 6/29/72, [REDACTED] Coos Bay, Oregon, advised there has been no unusual payments made by [REDACTED] on his loan, in fact, he has been hard pressed to make his monthly payments. This loan was negotiated to permit [REDACTED] to purchase a rock crusher.
