Enclosed for Portland and Sacramento is one copy of an investigative insert reflecting investigation concerning Suspect TED MAYFIELD.
Seattle Division is currently reviewing all suspects in this matter. According to Seattle files MAYFIELD has not been eliminated as a suspect.
Due to the above the following leads are being set forth.

1. Contact local law enforcement agencies to determine if MAYFIELD arrested in 1970.
