PD 164-41

[REDACTED] stated [REDACTED] left his job with North American Van Lines during the summer of 1973. She described him as being a little eccentric, and in one particular area paranoid. She stated the latter was a result of ROGER's belief that people were attempting to poison him. She recalled there were incidents in restaurants where ROGER feared the food he was being served was poisoned. [REDACTED] further stated [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was very frugal, and for considerable periods of time he survived on one dollar per day, although he had more funds available to him. She noted, however, that ROGER never got much money. [REDACTED] further recalled [REDACTED] was an individual who liked to stay in old motels during his travels. [REDACTED] was not aware of ROGER's current address. [REDACTED] stated ROGER was last seen during January, 1974, [REDACTED] who noticed him in an auto parts store in Lincoln City, Oregon. She stated [REDACTED] did not engage STROM in any conversation.
