The following investigation was conducted by SA LeROY R. ELLIOTT:
AT PORT ORFORD, OREGON
[REDACTED] on 1/16/74 b6 advised that [REDACTED] b7C in Port Orford in September, 1972, driving an old pickup with Nevada license plates. They immediately purchased a house [REDACTED] and paid the entire sum in cash, [REDACTED] advised [REDACTED] that they had been traveling throughout the United States for the previous year just looking for a place to settle down. This was the first house they had ever purchased.
