TONY FERNANDEZ is well known to Chief of Police BENIFIELD and FERNANDEZ is presently living in Longview. It is to be noted that his present description closely meets that of the hijacker and his photograph on last arrest does not meet his present appearance. While at McNeil Island subject was a physical culture enthusiast and is in good shape now. Further, [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. This caper is something that FERNANDEZ is very capable of doing. It is suggested that BENIFIELD might be able to eliminate FERNANDEZ by ascertaining his location last Wednesday night. If not, a photograph of FERNANDEZ, if a recent one can be located, should be exhibited to witnesses.
