On 11/29/71 SAC GORDON SHANKLIN from Dallas called and advised that a complainant had called in and informed them that a BILL JOHNSTON, who was at an air base in Texas during 1953 in the Air Force, resembled UNSUB.
He didn't know what to do with it. I told him to get the complainant interviewed in detail, endeavor to get as much identifying data about the suspect as possible and then endeavor to pursue it through Air Force channels to see if he could be identified.
