Repeated efforts to contact EMIL MOSSER at his reported Vista address met with negative results. Therefore investigation was conducted [REDACTED] where suspect was reportedly observed.
On 1/8/72 the "look alike" drawing was shown to [REDACTED] [REDACTED] located at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] In the [illegible] [REDACTED] during the past year. They looked at the picture and said they are unable to think of anyone they have waited on who re- sembles suspect. The descriptive data did not help them in their effort. They also agreed that the photo is really not clear enough to make a positive ident. [REDACTED] they will be alert for anyone that fits this general description, and looks something like the photo, and if spotted, will immediately contact the Escondido RA. [REDACTED]
