Enclosed for Portland is investigative insert reflecting results of investigation at Winfield, Kansas.
On 12/10/75, all logical sources in [redacted] Kansas were checked by SA [redacted] in an effort to identify or locate a [redacted] with no success. [redacted] Department of Public Safety, El Dorado, Kansas, [redacted] checked with all his sources of information in an effort to identify [redacted] [redacted] also with no success.
It is suggested that Portland recontact [redacted] for any additional information which would enable Kansas City to identify [redacted]. If unsuccessful in identifying [redacted] it is suggested permission be obtained to contact [redacted] Kansas, for first-hand information.
