Enclosed for Portland is investigative insert reflecting results of investigation at [REDACTED] Kansas.
On 12/10/75, all logical sources in [REDACTED] Kansas were checked by SA [REDACTED] in an effort to identify or locate a [REDACTED] with no success. [REDACTED], Department of Public Safety, [REDACTED] Kansas, who has lived in [REDACTED] all his life checked with all his sources of information in an effort to identify [REDACTED] [REDACTED] also with no success.
It is suggested that Portland recontact [REDACTED] for any additional information which would enable Kansas City to identify [REDACTED]. If unsuccessful in identifying [REDACTED] it is suggested permission be obtained to contact [REDACTED] Kansas, for first-hand information.
