Enclosed for Portland is a copy of the aforementioned letter.

On 5/22/80, [REDACTED] (protect identity) made available to SA [REDACTED] a letter setting forth the facts of a meeting he had with [REDACTED]. As [REDACTED] was, supposedly, on his deathbed at the Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas (he did not die and is now reportedly living somewhere in Arizona), Howard Hubble, a friend of [REDACTED] and a [REDACTED], had [REDACTED] visit [REDACTED] while he was in the hospital.

[REDACTED] has declined a personal interview with Agents as he is in [REDACTED]. Due to Hubble's [REDACTED], [REDACTED], he will not be interviewed until requested by the Seattle Division.
