Enclosed for Seattle is the original of a letter from [REDACTED] (protect identity) relating his b6 knowledge of a possible Norjack subject. b7C b7D Enclosed for Portland is a copy of the aforementioned letter.

On 5/22/80, [REDACTED] (protect identity) made available to SA [REDACTED] a letter setting b6 forth the facts of a meeting he had with [REDACTED] As b7C [REDACTED] was, supposedly, on his deathbed at the Presbyterian b7D Hospital in Dallas (he did not die and is now reportedly living somewhere in Arizona), Howard Hubble, a friend of [REDACTED] and a [REDACTED] had [REDACTED] visit [REDACTED] while he was in the hospital.

While [REDACTED] was in a delirious state, he told [REDACTED] that his [REDACTED] hijacked a plane and got away with $200,000.

[REDACTED] has declined a personal interview with Agents as he is in [REDACTED]. Hubble spends a great deal of his time at [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] does not wish Hubble to know that [REDACTED] has been in contact with the FBI as Hubble [REDACTED] and would most likely inform [REDACTED] of the FBI's interest in him.

Due to Hubble's [REDACTED], [REDACTED] he will not be interviewed until requested by the Seattle Division.
