For information of Seattle, ROBERT FRANCIS HETCHLER, 1239 Kentucky Street, Racine, Wisconsin, was contacted on 1/11/72, at which time HETCHLER advised that he had been in Reno, Nevada, during the time of captioned crime. HETCHLER is described as a white male, 5'10", 147 lbs., gray hair, blue eyes, U. S. Army Service Number 396450, tattoos, has an Indian head upper left shoulder.
