Enclosed for Seattle is one (1) copy FD-302 interview of [REDACTED]

On 1/5/77, Retired SA [REDACTED] Salinas, Calif., telephonically advised the Monterey RA that an attorney named [REDACTED] , San Jose, Calif., advised him that he had recently taken a deposition from an individual regarding a large amount of money allegedly coming from Vancouver, B.C., Canada. He advised that he was representing an individual who was a creditor of a person named JASON THOMAS LANGSETH, who had recently filed for bankruptcy. He stated during the investigation to determine if LANGSETH did, in fact, have any hidden funds, he came in contact with a party named [REDACTED] who was also a creditor in the bankruptcy case against [REDACTED]

He stated that during interview with [REDACTED] it was determined that LANGSETH was a skilled parachutest, had some knowledge of the COOPER incident and received bi-weekly checks from the Toronto Dominion Bank in Toronto, Canada.

[REDACTED] stated that he confronted LANGSETH with this information, LANGSETH advised that he had previously been interviewed by the FBI, and had been given a clean bill of health.

[REDACTED] stated that even though LANGSETH advised as he did, he felt that the information concerning the Toronto Dominion Bank should be brought to the attention of the FBI and further, that LANGSETH bore a striking resemblance to the composite drawing made available by the FBI in the D.P. COOPER matter.

A review of the San Francisco indices revealed no information concerning JASON THOMAS LANGSETH.
