[REDACTED] - SOURCE b6 b7C SAC [REDACTED] called me about this before he sent it. b7D I called SA [REDACTED] at the Bureau and told him I had talked to USA STAN PITKIN in Seattle. It appears that since this matter was obviously a fraud, Mr. PITKIN advised if FLEMING did not voluntarily institute steps to turn over [REDACTED] [REDACTED] then he would issue a subpoena duces tecum at once for them.

I called SA [REDACTED] in Los Angeles, b6 told him about the contents of the teletype, asked him to get b7C hold of FLEMING at once, point out to FLEMING that we were b7D confident this matter was a hoax and that we were contemplating charging [REDACTED] and that we had identified the individual FLEMING had interviewed, who would also be charged, and that we wanted him to turn over [REDACTED] If he did not, then a subpoena duces tecum would be issued for them immediately.

In my conversation with [REDACTED] he advised that approval had been obtained for giving MURPHY the polygraph test, if he would take it.
