What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

SAC, SEATTLE [REDACTED]

NORJAK
SA [REDACTED] from Los Angeles called and advised that they had located [REDACTED] this morning, as well as [REDACTED].
[REDACTED] refused to be interviewed. [REDACTED] declined further interview, other than to admit he had made a trip to Seattle but insisted on seeing his attorney before he is interviewed further.
SA [REDACTED] opined that very likely he would not talk.
I told him that I would be back in touch with him later but that I would talk to the Bureau first.
