On 4/27/72, Sgt. [REDACTED] Bremerton Police Department, advised that the records of his department reflect that DONALD S. MURPHY, P.O. Box 491, Silverdale, Washington, was arrested by the Bremerton Police Department on 3/13/70 for DWI in connection with which charge he received a fine of $200.
On 4/14/70 MURPHY was arrested for negligent driving and was fined $25.
The records reflect no photograph of MURPHY however reflect he is:

She stated that her records contain no photo of MURPHY however reflect that he was born 6/17/22, 5'10", 160 lbs., blue eyes and resided at Silver Sands Apartments, Apt. #15, Silverdale, Washington.
