Enclosed for Seattle and Miami are one copy each of a photograph of ALVIN BENTON CELCER taken in May of 1963. This photograph was contained in San Antonio file 26-23879 in which file CELCER is one of the subjects.
There is no description of CELCER in the file, but the file reflects that CELCER had U. S. Passport #D127409 when he entered Mexico near Brownsville, Texas, in 1965.
Motor Vehicle Registrations, Department of Public Safety (DPS), Austin, Texas, reflects that 1971 Texas license was issued to [REDACTED] Eastland, Texas 76448, for a 1963 Cadillac, two- door, VIN [REDACTED] issued [REDACTED]
