A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Re Portland airtel to Seattle, 12/22/72.
On 12/27/72, DOUGLAS LUNA, 6200 - 24th Avenue NE, contacted the Seattle Office telephonically. LUNA was advised of the fact that a photograph had been obtained of a student attending the University of Washington who may possibly be identical with the student LUNA overheard talking about the D.B. COOPER ransom money.
LUNA was advised by SA [REDACTED b6/b7C] that the only photograph immediately available of this student was in the possession of the Portland Division and that he would be contacted by an agent of the FBI after he returned to the University of Oregon following the New Years holidays.
