Enclosed for Seattle is copy of Washington driver's license with photograph of [REDACTED b6/b7C]

The following investigation was conducted by SA [REDACTED] at Eugene, Oregon:

On 1/11/73, DOUGLAS LUNA, Room 406, McClure Hall, University of Oregon (UO), telephone 345-9050, was interviewed at the UO Law School.

LUNA was shown the photograph of [REDACTED b6/b7C] and after viewing the photograph at length, LUNA advised that [REDACTED] strongly resembles the individual who claimed to have found part of the D. B. COOPER ransom money [REDACTED]. LUNA stated that the individual claiming to have part of the ransom money strongly resembles [REDACTED], however, his hair appeared somewhat different than [REDACTED].

as the unknown individual's hair was somewhat "kinky." LUNA concluded by stating that he cannot be positive that [REDACTED] is identical to the unidentified individual claiming to have found part of the ransom money, however, definitely bears a very strong resemblance. LUNA believed that if he could see [REDACTED] in person, he could positively state whether or not [REDACTED] is identical. LUNA volunteered to travel to Seattle, Washington, for the purpose of making such an identification if necessary. LUNA advised that he intends to remain as a resident of McClure Hall at the UO through the spring term, 1973.
