NORJAK Subject #647 RE: REOGER LEE THARALDSON

Re memo of SA ROBERT H. WICK, 5/16/75

On 5/27/75 [REDACTED] Jack Murke Mazda (formerly Cascade Motors) Longview, Washington advised she would have to locate her payroll records for November, 1971 to determine if THARALDSON was at work on date of incident.

---

On 5//28/75 GIL WHITE, COWLITZ County SO, Kelso, Washington furnished two photographs of THARALDSON - one his release photo from Washington Correctional Institution and the other a Cowlitz County SO photo dated 9/1/72. The description of THARALDSON in that SO file is as follows: Sex Male Race White D of B 12/2/45 at Bremerton, Washington 5'9" 140 lbs. Brown hair Blue Eyes Light complexion Slender build 3" scar on left side on forehead gun shot wound right chest area FBI # 158 423 F

Both pictures are attached for filing

---

On 6/9/75 [REDACTED] (supra) advised she had located her files re THARALDSON's employment. The payroll record reflects only information that from period 11/16/71 to 11/30/71 (an 88 hour pay would have been his maximum). The payroll record reflects he only missed four hours during that period. From this record it can be presumed that a distinct possibility exists that THARALSON was at work during hijack period but his exact work dates and times cannot be verified through records.
