On 12/28/71, temporary Kansas real estate salesman's license #3175 was issued to BALDRIDGE.
[REDACTED] advised their file indicates BALDRIDGE was employed on 12/28/71, by the Boyd Oliver Real Estate Agency, 124 East Main, Independence, Kansas, and on 5/15/72, by the Coffeyville Realty Company, Coffeyville, Kansas. On 7/18/72, Mr. RICHARD LEE LIVINGSTON, Manager, Coffeyville Realty, sent a letter to [REDACTED] requesting that BALDRIDGE's real estate license be cancelled because in LIVINGSTON's opinion, BALDRIDGE's conduct was unbecoming what a real estate salesman should be. [REDACTED] further advised that BALDRIDGE had come into his office, date not indicated, and told him that he was going to Australia, but [REDACTED] thought it was just temporary. [REDACTED] advised that BALDRIDGE has his real estate license pocket card with him.

AT DEARING, KANSAS
Inquiry at the U.S. Post Office 8/29/73, determined that BALDRIDGE had maintained a Dearing, Kansas, mailing address, and last received mail there on either 3/28 or 29/73. As of that time his forwarding address was Florida Harborside Motel, McMahons Point, North Sydney NSW, Australia.

AT INDEPENDENCE, KANSAS
On 9/6/73, [REDACTED] informed that [REDACTED] moved into that address in early January, 1973, after having [REDACTED] . She stated that they had not known BALDRIDGE prior to contacting him about [REDACTED] and knew very little information concerning his background. [REDACTED] did recall that BALDRIDGE had made some comment about being in a flying club, but she knew no further details in that regard. She said she and her husband do not know BALDRIDGE's present whereabouts, and have not had any recent contact with him.
[REDACTED] described BALDRIDGE as "very tall," perhaps 6'2", with blond, wavy, hair.
[REDACTED] advised that [REDACTED] [REDACTED], has lived at that address for many years and is well acquainted with the [REDACTED] Unsuccessful attempts were made to contact [REDACTED] on 9/6/73, and 9/21/73.
