Due to the major fire on 7/12/73 at the National Personnel Records Center - Military, St. Louis, Mo., leads set forth to review suspect's military record are not being reviewed inasmuch as the SL Office to date does not have access to the military records center building.
In view of the above, this matter is being placed in an RUC status.
