What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

RE: SUSPECT NEAL B. COOPER
ReSFairtel to Seattle, 8/29/73.
Enclosed for Seattle are two copies of an FD-302 reflecting interview of NEAL BURK COOPER, on 10/4/73.
Attempts to obtain interview of COOPER on 9/14 and 24, 1973, were negative.
A check of the records of the Headquarters for the U.S. Air Force Security Service, Kelly Air Force Base, revealed that they had no records which would substantiate whether or not COOPER was in fact working on 11/24/71. Their records only showed that he was assigned to that unit as of that date. They had no records which would show whether COOPER was on annual or sick leave as of that date.
