RE: ALLEN FAIRFAX COOPER

[REDACTED] advised that the Albuquerque Police Department photograph, number 67 691, is the closest photograph she has viewed to that as she remembers unknown subject D. B. COOPER. [REDACTED] advised that in spite of the closeness in resemblance she could not positively identify the individual in the photograph as being identical to unknown subject. [REDACTED] made the following observations concerning the photograph:

---

(2) - Seattle 2 - Chicago (Enc. 2) 2 - Minneapolis RLB:jrp (6)

1. From the cheekbones down, unknown subject was more narrow and his jaws were "more pointed". She advised that Albuquerque photograph is too oval.

2. Nose. Albuquerque nose "too handsome". Unknown subject's nose was narrower.

3. Ears. Unknown subject's ears projected out from head at top whereas Albuquerque photograph ears cling close to head.

4. Eyes. [REDACTED] advised she never saw unknown subject's eyes.

5. Mouth. [REDACTED] advised that in her opinion the FBI artist's conception of unknown subject's mouth is still not identical; lower lip not as "pouty" as she remembers the unknown subject.

6. Hair. [REDACTED] advised that she wears a wig and usually notices false hairpieces, especially on men. She advised that in her opinion unknown subject was not wearing a wig.

RE: REFERENCED SAN FRANCISCO AIRTEL

WILLIAM HOCKBRUN, Vice President in Charge of Operations, Northwest Orient Airlines (NWAL), was contacted on 12/17/73. HOCKBRUN advised that it would be virtually impossible for unknown subject to remove panels from the airplane, either in the floor or rest room area, in order to secrete himself under the floor of the airplane. He advised that in order to remove the panels rivets must be removed. He advised that the floor panels are small and it would require the removal of several of the panels in order for a man to secrete himself under the floor. HOCKBRUN advised that an individual very familiar with the aircraft could get from the cabin area to the cargo area using internal passages. He advised that if the individual accomplished this feat he would experience extreme cold. He advised that the air pressure in the cargo area is adjusted and could be tolerated by an individual.

HOCKBRUN advised that when the 727 aircraft landed after the hijacking incident, it was thoroughly inspected. He advised that flooring was removed in both the passenger and rest room sections, floor panels were removed, and the entire cargo area was inspected, as well as all cargo contained in that area. HOCKBRUN advised that it was his opinion that unknown subject was not in the 727 when it landed.
