What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Re CV airtel to Bureau 11/29/73, and AQ airtel to Bureau 11/7/73.
Enclosed for the Bureau is one copy of an FD-302 reflecting an interview with [REDACTED] ALLEN COOPER. Also enclosed for Albuquerque is one copy of the above FD-302 and seven copies of the above FD-302 are enclosed for Seattle.
For the information of the Bureau, Albuquerque, and Seattle, it is noted that [REDACTED] is somewhat hostile in her attitude, and is very emotional when speaking [REDACTED] ALLEN COOPER. It is not believed that any additional contact with her would result in any additional information.
This matter is being RUC'd by Cincinnati.
