A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Enclosed are two copies of an administrative insert revealing investigation conducted at Boulder, Montana, by SA VICTOR B. SNIDER on 4/6/73.

---

On 11/15/73, [REDACTED] advised that he had caused a check to be made concerning driver's license record of LEONARD BERTIL DAVISSON with the Alberta Motor Vehicle Bureau, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

---

DAVISSON obtained Alberta operator's license #957806 in 10/70, at which time he furnished an address of P. O. Box #525, Lacombe, Alberta, and on 6/18/71, this operator's license was returned from the Department of Motor Vehicles Division of Motor Driver's Licenses, P. O. Box #2590, Sacramento, California, to the Motor Vehicle Bureau, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

---

Idaho driver's license #545227434 appears in the files of the Motor Vehicle Bureau at Edmonton; however, the records do not indicate whether DAVISSON had surrendered this driver's license in 10/70. If the driver's license from Idaho was turned in, it would have been returned to the Department of Motor Vehicles in Idaho.
