ADMINISTRATIVE

The following investigation was conducted by SA VICTOR B. SNIDER:

AT BOULDER, MONTANA

On March 6, 1973, [REDACTED] advised an individual using the name LEONARD D. DAVISON came to the Post Office, Boulder, approximately one and one-half years ago and re- quested the use of a mailbox.

DAVISON was dressed rather shabbily and resembled the composite drawing of D. B. COOPER.

DAVISON advised he had obtained employment at the State School in Boulder. The Informant was unaware of the address of DAVISON in Boulder.

Several months later, DAVISON came into the Post Office and advised he was leaving for Alaska. Approximately four months later, DAVISON returned and requested to rent a box again. He further commented he wanted a box in the corner which was concealed from view.

The Informant advised that DAVISON was rather well- dressed compared to his first appearance.

DAVISON has been paying for his Post Office box rental with checks from the Bonners Ferry, Idaho, Bank.

On April 30, 1973, [REDACTED] State School, Boulder, was contacted concerning DAVISON. [REDACTED] advised his records contain no information for DAVISON, indicating DAVISON was never employed by the State School.
