[REDACTED] identified this individual as JOHN DeLOZIER, 13 West 14th Street, Ocean City, New Jersey, telephone 679-399-4969. He advised he has known DeLOZIER since 1970 but only casually. He did not see DeLOZIER in 1971 and only once in 1972. However, he worked with DeLOZIER from [REDACTED] at Ocean City, New Jersey, and [REDACTED]
He advised that DeLOZIER is an electrical engineer who was in the U. S. Marine Corps and served in Korea. In 1970, DeLOZIER was employed as a pilot with Armstrong Banner Service and he believes DeLOZIER owned a small airplane at that time. He estimated DeLOZIER's income at the time at approximately $10,000 a year.
During 1971-1972, DeLOZIER bought the Armstrong Banner Service and continues to own and operate that company under the name of the Armstrong Flying Service, Ocean City, New Jersey. During this same period, he bought two used airplanes. In 1972 he also bought his house in Ocean City, New Jersey, and a house in Williamstown, New Jersey. In the spring of 1972, he bought a large boat in Florida and sailed the boat from Florida to New Jersey. [REDACTED] stated that he does not know where this boat is presently docked although DeLOZIER still owns the boat. At the present time, DeLOZIER owns four automobiles and five airplanes, none of which are new. Two of these planes are maintained at Williamstown and one is maintained at Woodbine, New Jersey. DeLOZIER plans to buy an airport, place not known.
[REDACTED] advised that during the summer of 1973, when he worked with DeLOZIER in Ocean City, DeLOZIER mentioned that several years ago he was completely broke and owed banks $250,000 but that this debt had been paid off. He indicated that he had bought land and had paid off the debt when he sold the land.

[REDACTED] estimated DeLOZIER's present net worth as in excess of $100,000.
He stated that DeLOZIER is the kind of person who always has a reply when asked questions and usually gives evasive answers. He stated that when he [REDACTED] DeLOZIER [REDACTED] he mentioned to DeLOZIER that he looked exactly like COOPER, the man who hijacked the airplane on the west coast, but that DeLOZIER did not answer him at all which was very unusual. On two other occasions during the summer of 1973, he mentioned to DeLOZIER that he looked like COOPER and both times DeLOZIER gave him no reply.
He advised that DeLOZIER grew a mustache at about the time of the hijacking. On one occasion during the summer of 1973, DeLOZIER's wife GLENDA mentioned his having grown a mustache and he became upset with his wife over this comment.
[REDACTED] advised that DeLOZIER told him that [REDACTED] [REDACTED] name not mentioned, [REDACTED] and who disappeared in 1971 at which time he stole DeLOZIER's gun collection. DeLOZIER also has [REDACTED] [REDACTED] DeLOZIER was born and reared in Camden, New Jersey. On several occasions during the summer of 1973, when they were very busy, DeLOZIER would make trips to Camden in a very secretive manner but never mentioned the purpose of these trips.
[REDACTED] advised that when he first saw the artist's drawing of COOPER in the Wilmington, Delaware, paper several days after the hijacking he immediately associated the drawing with DeLOZIER. He stated he did not contact the FBI at that time because he did not know anything about DeLOZIER and thought the similarity and appearance coincidental. He advised, however, that after working with DeLOZIER during the summer of 1973 he feels strongly that DeLOZIER may be identical with the unknown subject known as DAN COOPER. 3

He advised that he arrived at this conclusion due to the fact that DeLOZIER looks like the first artist's conception he saw of COOPER, the fact that DeLOZIER about the same time of the hijacking grew a mustache and became affluent, due to the fact that DeLOZIER is a pilot and he believes that the unknown subject, known as DAN COOPER, was a pilot or had considerable knowledge of airplanes, but most of all he became suspicious of DeLOZIER due to the fact that DeLOZIER did not reply to him when he mentioned that DeLOZIER looked like COOPER which was completely out of character and most unusual for DeLOZIER.
