A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

4) Sometime after the skyjacking he bought a ranch. He had never had a job long enough to earn money. 5) He currently lives near "a boarder" supposedly so he can leave the country in a hurry. He tells family members that he is hiding from the law. 5) He has all his property in another person's name. 6) Shortly after the hijacking, the FBI came out and interviewed and "arrested" her other uncle because we supposedly thought he was Cooper. After further investigation he was cleared. The uncle she suspects looks just like the uncle we "arrested."
[REDACTED] would not give me [REDACTED] or any other identifiers. She is concerned about protecting her identity from [REDACTED] who do not want to turn him in. She stated that she would supply everything to an agent during a face to face interview. Indices were negative on [REDACTED], but, she stated that she recently took that name on. She would not say what other names she has gone under.
