In connection with the sky-jacking of an aircraft a few years ago, he believes at Seattle, Washington, or in Oregon, where "D. B. He has [redacted], who presently lives in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and [redacted] worked for Air America in [redacted]. After COOPER hijacked the plane, [redacted] was back in the United States and he and [redacted] were [redacted]

He feels one of the two, or both, of the men who [REDACTED] could be involved in the COOPER case. He stated he, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at Missoula, Montana, and he might be able to identify the sketch of COOPER, if COOPER had [REDACTED] in Missoula at the same time.
