A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

RE: DON W. CLARK
Re memo of SPC FRANCIS E. ENTLER, dated 7/21/75.
Referenced communication suggested suspect DON W. CLARK as possibly being identical with UNSUB in this matter. CLARK resembles the artist's composite of UNSUB, according to KEN SMITH of Morton, Washington. CLARK has had financial problems in the past, and des- pite this, CLARK has been living beyond his means accord- ing to SMITH.
Enclosed for R.A. handling lead at Morton, is one copy of referenced communication.
LEADS:
SEATTLE
AT MORTON, WASHINGTON
Will contact KEN SMITH for any further infor- mation he may have concerning this matter, and will thereafter conduct appropriate investigation to process CLARK as a possible suspect.
ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
