A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

RE: DONALD K. COOPER Sub No. 823

Reurlet, 8/27/76.

The information available to Seattle at the present time indicates that COOPER should not be considered a suspect in this matter.

Kansas City is requested to advise Seattle of COOPER's physical description, as well as provide a photo- graph if one is available. In addition, Kansas City is requested, based on their investigation to date, to evaluate the evidence and facts presently known about COOPER and make a determination whether any further investigation concerning him as possibly being identical with UNSUB in this matter is warranted at this time.

It is noted that if further leads are set out by Kansas City, the names and addresses of those relatives visited in [redacted] Iowa, by COOPER during the Thanksgiving Holidays in 1971, should be obtained and they should be con- tacted.

ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
