On 3/9/77, [redacted] U. S. Marshal, Seattle, advised telephonically that he has had difficulty in establishing contact with [redacted] advised that the source has exhibited behavior which would tend to indicate he is unreliable because of the fact that he has refused to meet with Marshal [redacted] and that he has provided incorrect information concerning his financial status and it has come to [redacted] attention that the source is, in some way, associated with [redacted]

[redacted] stated that he would contact [redacted] and determine from him any further information or descriptive data he might have concerning [redacted] and thereafter make that information available to the Seattle Office of the FBI. [redacted] requested that if he does not contact the FBI Office within two to three weeks that he be recontacted in approximately 30 days and that he has a very busy schedule and that the results may not be forwarded to the Seattle Office as promptly as he would desire.
