A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Re Seattle memo of SA [REDACTED] dated 12/23/76.
On 3/9/77, [REDACTED] U. S. Marshal, Seattle, advised telephonically that he has had difficulty in establishing contact with [REDACTED] advised that the source has exhibited behavior which would tend to indicate he is unreliable because of the fact that he has refused to meet with Marshal [REDACTED] and that he has provided incorrect information concerning his financial status and it has come to [REDACTED] attention that the source is, in some way, associated with [REDACTED].
[REDACTED] stated that he would contact [REDACTED] and determine from him any further information or descriptive data he might have concerning [REDACTED] and thereafter make that information available to the Seattle Office of the FBI. [REDACTED] requested that if he does not contact the FBI Office within two to three weeks that he be recontacted in approximately 30 days and that he has a very busy schedule and that the results may not be forwarded to the Seattle Office as promptly as he would desire.
ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
