On 11:25 AM on December 13, 1971, [REDACTED] Seattle, Washington, telephone No [REDACTED] personally appeared at the Seattle Office and demanded to see SAC MILNES.
He was interviewed by SA CASTELLOW in the In- terview Room.
[REDACTED] advised that he had telephonically talked to Mr. MILNES and had indicated to him that he would advise him the identity of the hijacker for $10,000 in ad- vance. [REDACTED] was convinced to discuss the matter with SA CASTELLOW.
He stated that before furnishing any information, he desired to be known he needs $10,000 to attend law school.
He explained that he is a [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and that on Friday night, December 10, 1971, at approximately midnight he picked up a passenger in downtown Seattle. That individual was drunk. During con- versation with the individual, [REDACTED] learned that the individual was a sky-diver and had made approximately 75 jumps. Further, he is a motorcycle enthusiast and is par- ticularly fond of the trail bikes that he rides through the woods.
[REDACTED] then concluded that an individual who is both a sky-diver and a motorcycle enthusiast could well be identical with the hijacker. He concluded this because he could have left his trail bike in the area where he intended to parachute from the plane and thereby make his getaway on the trail bike.

[REDACTED] further stated that the individual looked somewhat like the "picture" of the hijacker that appeared in the newspaper. He conceded, however, that his recollec- tion of the "picture" that appeared in the newspaper was somewhat hazy at that time, and he was not certain of the individual's identity.
He described the drunk individual that he saw on the previous Friday night as a white American, approxi- mately 25 years of age, 5'10" tall with sandy brown hair. He stated the individual never mentioned the crime, but he, [REDACTED] just concluded that he would be a good suspect, due to the facts set out above.
He does not know the full identity of that indi- vidual, but when asked his name the individual told complainant that his first name was GARY, but he did not furnish his last name. Further conversation revealed that he is employed [REDACTED] for some company located on [REDACTED] in Seattle. He further gathered that [REDACTED] had 12 employees that worked in the shop, and approxi- mately the same number that worked on the outside.
The individual rode around in [REDACTED] for between 30 and 45 minutes, and he eventually departed from [REDACTED]. He gathered that the individual [REDACTED] He does not know the address of that house.
[REDACTED] then stated that he desired to see the "picture" of the hijacker, and he was permitted to observe a copy of the artist's conception of the unknown subject. After studying the artist's conception of the unknown sub- ject for a short time, he advised that the individual he had in mind had longer hair than shown in the "picture," and that the hairline of the individual was not as high as shown in the "picture." Further, he stated that the individual he has in mind had a much rounder face.
When leaving the office, [REDACTED] stated that if the individual reported by him turns out to be the hijacker
