For the information of Portland and Minneapolis offices [REDACTED] developed by WFO in that he was [REDACTED] while an employee of [REDACTED] Inquiry at [REDACTED] Seattle, indicates suspect on [REDACTED] leaving [REDACTED] on 11/24/71, returning to [REDACTED] leaving [REDACTED] and departing on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Suspect returned 11/26/71. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Suspect's DOB is [REDACTED] SSAN [REDACTED] He is presently stationed in Seattle having transferred from [REDACTED] It is the Bureau's suggestion that a photograph be obtained. Receiving offices should display photograph to pertinent personnel.
