For the information of Portland and Minneapolis offices [REDACTED] developed by WFO in that he was [REDACTED], while an b6 employee of [REDACTED]. Inquiry at [REDACTED] b7C Seattle, indicates suspect on Flight 891 to Portland leaving on 11/24/71, returning to [REDACTED] leaving [REDACTED] and departing on [REDACTED] Suspect returned 11/26/71, Flight 894 to [REDACTED] Suspect's DOB is [REDACTED] SSAN [REDACTED]. He is presently stationed in Seattle having transferred from [REDACTED]. It is the Bureau's suggestion that a photograph be obtained. Receiving offices should display photograph to pertinent personnel.
