Gentlemen; As I have already stated, the "D.B. Cooper" escapade, was done for a "diversionary tactic." So the only way you'll ever find "D.B. Cooper" is by doing the proper "spadework." If you'll send an agent to Port Townsend, Wash., he should go to the Court House and look up the probates of [REDACTED]

---

And on these probates he will find the names of at least 5 different lawyers. He will note also, that

---

And some of these people have been represented by the above-mentioned lawyers. But always remember that the 2 key names will be [REDACTED] [guess: If] you'll trace out all the above [guess: named] people, you'll find [guess: convicts]

and ex-convicts, kleptomaniacs and pyromaniacs, fornicators, adulterers, timber thieves, traitors, Communists, and others. But don't be fooled, for practically all will lie to you. And practically all will give "vague" answers. And none will look you "straight in the eye." For these people are "de-frauders" and "grave-robbers" And all a part of the [REDACTED]

---

No, you won't find [REDACTED] for that name is only a pseudonym. And you won't find where all the money was diverted. Nor will you find a true property appraisal. And the local banker will lie. And the Title & Trust Co. will lie. And the County Treasurer will lie. And the Assessor will lie. And the County Engineer will lie. And the [guess: County] [illegible] I don't know how you can find

---

all of [REDACTED] wish I knew. [REDACTED] had about 4 wives, with at least one of them "legal." But All of these people must be found and their actions and whereabouts accounted for, if you're ever going to find

---

DB Cooper-5976

"D.B. Cooper!" (But alwa[ys] keep in mind, the names [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]

---

Yes, you will trace [REDACTED] to [REDACTED] Oklahoma, [REDACTED] to Kentucky, [REDACTED] to Calais, Maine [REDACTED] to Pennsylvania, [REDACTED] to Eugene, Ore, [REDACTED] to [guess: Reedsport], [REDACTED] to [REDACTED] to Portland, [REDACTED] to Houston, Los Angeles, [REDACTED] to Yakima, to Yacolt, [REDACTED] to Packwood, etc., etc.

Well, next week I'll write, and tell you how the [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] are [REDACTED] are inter[REDACTED]related. And [REDACTED] are how the [REDACTED] inter-related. And where in Texas to find where "D.B. Cooper" trained! But first you'll have to check other people out, including the 5 lawyers!

Yours sincerely,
