What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Gentlemen; As I have already stated, the "D.B. Cooper" escapade, was done for a diversionary tactic. So the only way you'll ever find "D.B. Cooper" is by doing the proper spadework. If you'll send an agent to Fort [guess: Drummond] [REDACTED b6/b7C], he should go to the [guess: Cruit] [REDACTED b6/b7C] and look up the probates of [REDACTED]
And on these probates he will find the names of at least 5 different lawyers. b6 b7C He will note also, that [REDACTED]
[REDACTED] as well - And some of these people have been represented by the above-mentioned lawyers. But always some note that the 2 [guess: key] names b6 will be [REDACTED] b7C If you'll trace out all the above [guess: named] people, you'll find [guess: connects].
