What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Q1 Envelope postmarked "SAN FRANCISCO, CA 6A PM 12 JAN 1972," bearing handwritten address "Fremont General Motors Plant Fremont, Calif. ATT UNION SHOP Representative"
Q2 Accompanying newspaper clipping and attached sheet of paper bearing hand printed message beginning "ITS HOW..."
Result of examination:
A search of Q1 and Q2 in the Anonymous Letter File revealed communications sent to prominent United States citizens including Senator Edmund S. Muskie. The envelope of the communication to Senator Muskie contains the mechanically printed name and return address | | SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF. | | b6 b7C
The conclusion was reached that the hand printing on Q1 and Q2, described above, and the hand printing on the envelope and accompanying communication to Senator Muskie were written by one person.
Examination revealed the indented writing on the reverse side of Q2. This indented writing is not entirely distinct. The following is an interpretation of the indented writing on the reverse side of Q2:
