RE: Memo of SPC [REDACTED b6/b7C] instant date. At about 10:30 PM, [REDACTED b6/b7C] Woodland PD, tele- phonically advised that [REDACTED b6/b7C] has talked with [REDACTED b6/b7C] this evening and during their discussion, [REDACTED b6/b7C] that one of the four individuals mentioned in re memo who saw UNSUB the night of the hijacking is [REDACTED b6/b7C] believes [REDACTED b6/b7C] name unknown. (many RCFs) [REDACTED b6/b7C] states that their department has no record or knowledge of [REDACTED b6/b7C]. The county Sheriff's department is checking their records for Woodland PD to see if they have any XXXXXXXX knowledge of [REDACTED b6/b7C] whereabouts.
[REDACTED b6/b7C] advised writer that [REDACTED b6/b7C] is a regular informant for [REDACTED b6/b7C] mentioned in re memo, and that before [REDACTED b6/b7C] are contacted by FBI Agents, [REDACTED b6/b7C] should be contacted.
